There’s no doubt that the coronavirus pandemic is having a huge impact on family relationships. Many of you are balancing work and caring responsibilities and/or supporting your children’s education. Whatever your circumstances, this period may be tough on our mental health, and our relationships.
There are things you can do to help you keep on top of your mental wellbeing during this diffcult time. Please make sure you get further support if you feel you need it.
