School Improvement Plan 2025/26
Our School Improvement Plan for 2025/26 is:
SIP 1 - To continue to embed adaptive teaching approaches, especially for SEND and mid-phase children.
SIP 2 - To continue to develop staff at all levels and further embed and strengthen ways of working across two schools, which in turn, impacts the most vulnerable pupils.
SIP 3 - To continue to develop leaders at all levels, ensuring that they have clear leadership pathways to support their leadership journey, impacting all staff and children they lead.
